Landfill with energy recovery facilities is environmentally favorable. However, due to large land requirement, difficult emission control system and long time span BizTech is looking at alternative solution. Waste management is all about how solid waste can be changed and used as a valuable resource.
BizTech is also associated to a company in Australia (Sustainable Clean Energy Pty Ltd) on solid waste management projects to find alternative solution on waste to energy projects.
We are currently looking at converting municipal waste into energy via a process called Pyrolysis. The beautify of this process is that it can convert waste streams into energy sources such as biodiesel , active carbon and Syn-gas . The organic feedstock to fuel the process can be municipal waste, agricultural or primary industrial waste, or end-of-life tyres and plastic.

This is method of solid waste management whereby solid wastes are chemically decomposed by heat without presence of oxygen. This usually occurs under pressure and at temperatures of up to 430 degrees Celsius. The solid wastes are changed into gasses, solid residue and small quantities of liquid.
